CLAREMONT'S ON THE MOVE!
In April 2003, Claremont relocated its corporate headquarters, along with the greater part of its manufacturing operations, to a newly constructed, state-of-the-art, 65,000 square-foot plant situated on a 12-acre industrial site in the rural town of Durham, Connecticut. The move is indicative of Claremont's fervent commitment to remain the world's leading supplier of thermal and acoustical insulation products for industrial applications.

EXCITING NEWS FROM CLAREMONT'S QUALITY DEPARTMENT!
September 10, 2003—Claremont's quality system was found by the U.S. Department of Defense to be in conformance with the rigorous requirements of ISO9002 and AS9100. Among other important criteria, the evaluation included a thorough review of Claremont's quality system manual, numerous third-party audits, ongoing system surveillance, historical review, and other supporting objective evidence.

Congratulations to the dedicated employees of Claremont, who strive for quality every day and who made this significant achievement possible. It truly represents an important milestone in the evolution of Claremont's quality system.
